It’s a quick and easy way to incorporate fruits and vegetables into your diet because, let’s be honest, there is only so much kale one can consume in a day. We assimilate 95% of the nutrients in a juice/smoothie compared to 20% when we eat the greens so opt for a green juice to get all the vital nutrients your body craves.
