Ingredients (Serve 2)
- 200g/1 punch Frozen Acai Puree
- 1 Banana
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 125ml Almond Milk or any Nut Milk
- 1 tbsp Hemp or Chia Seeds
- Mixed berries
- Bananas, apples, pears
- Dessicated coconut, cranberries, pumkin seeds
- Your favourite Granola
- Cacao nibs
1. Put the frozen acai, banana, dates, almond milk and seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide the puree between 2 bowls and sprinkle over your choice of topping.
