B/fast Day 3: Overnight Sprouted Chia Oats

The breakfast of champions! Chia is the highest plant based source of omega 3, fibre and protein. With creamy almond milk and sprouted oats, it’s deliciously satisfying.

Ingredients: Hemp Mylk
  • Hemp Mylk
  • 1/3 Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Pitted Date (Pre-soaked)
Method
  1. 1. To make the hemp mylk, blend the hemp seeds, water and date until smooth
  2.  
  3. 2. Combine oats, chia seeds and hemp mylk in a bowl and leave to soak overnight
  4.  
  5. 3. Add a dollop of almond butter and top with fresh berries
