Caffeine is a stimulant of the nervous system found in the coffee bean and a few other plants. Planet Organic sell decaf coffee using the Swiss water extraction method which is solvent free. Caffeine is also present in GUARANA and in TEA (in a less strongly stimulating form). CHOCOLATE contains theobromine, similar to caffeine but having less effect on the nervous system instead stimulating the kidneys and relaxing the muscles.
