B/fast Day 5: Coconut Cacao Smoothie

Who says you can’t have chocolate for breakfast? Packed with antioxidants and essential minerals, raw cacao also encourages the brain to produce more ‘feel-good hormones’. Now that makes us happy!
Ingredients:
  • 2 Medjool Dates (Presoaked)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1.5 Cup Almond or Hemp Mylk
  • 1 tbsp Cacao

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
