sustainable fish
At Planet Organic we sell both wild and farmed fish. With all our wild fish we know where it comes from. We do not sell any endangered species and use the Marine Stewardship Council and Marine Conservation Society as guidelines. The fish we sell is line caught or seine net only. Seine nets are kinder to fish ensuring small fish can escape through wide gaps in the net, and the fish remain in the water for as long as possible. Primarily we sell fish from UK waters and we support local fishing communities. The majority of our fish comes from day boats off the Cornish coast. The farmed fish we sell is organically farmed in British waters.
