Nori is the most popular of the mineral-rich Japanese sea vegetables being quick and easy to prepare and having a wide variety of uses. It comes in thin, square sheets and has a pleasing mild flavour. Most commonly used for wrapping sushi, the sheets can also be cut or torn into small pieces and added as a garnish to soups, salads and pasta.
