Aspall Organic Red and White Wine Vinegars These distinctly coloured vinegars are created on the banks of the river Ebro which runs through the Rioja region of Spain. Fermented from the fresh pressed juice of whole organically grown Rioja grapes which are traditionally sweeter and fuller bodied, giving our products more character and flavour. The wine vinegars are matured before being bottled unpasteurised and free from preservatives and additives to ensure a full natural flavour. Healthy eating with good taste. Aspall Wine vinegars are ideal for marinades, sauces, dressings and other culinary uses.
