A "natural" balsamic vinegar with provenance from an organic grape of the Agiorgitiko variety. It is an excellent variety, handpicked in the organic vineyards of Nemea, the Peloponnese's "Little Burgundy". Aromas of pepper, carnations and sun-dried tomatoes prevail and its taste has a distinctive sweetness with an aftertaste of red fruits.
