This thick dense balsamic is produced from the family's reserve using a patented method of extracting excess water. Unike other balsamics where heat and/or thickeners are used, this balsamic is produced by chilling the product. This works much better as you get a thick, viscous balsamic that can be drizzled over plates without the flavour being compromised.
