Looking for a healthy & gluten-free alternative to a wheat-wrap? Nori is packed with protein, fibre iron and iodine.
Ingredients:
Method
  1. 1. Place nori sheet on a flat surface
  2.  
  3. 2. Spread hummus down one side of the nori sheet
  4.  
  5. 3. Lay the cucumber & carrot sticks on the hummus
  6.  
  7. 4. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and top with alfalfa sprouts
  8.  
  9. 5. Roll the nori to form a wrap and enjoy
