Your child’s digestive tract is now mature, so he or she can eat anything you can. If you have offered a wide and varied diet over the past two years, by now your toddler should be eating a wonderful variety of foods. Two year olds are able to feed themselves with a spoon and eat most of what the rest of the family eats. Remember to include wonder foods like avocado, oily fish, seeds, seaweeds, sprouts, nuts and yoghurt on a regular basis to boost nutrition whenever you can.
