suncream
Sun cream is a product that absorbs some of the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation on the skin when it is exposed to sunlight. Sun cream is labelled with a sun protection factor (SPF) which is a laboratory measure of the effectiveness of the sun cream. The SPF is the amount of UV radiation required to cause sunburn on skin with the sun cream on, relative to the amount required without the sun cream. So wearing a sun cream with SPF 25 means your skin will not burn unless it has been exposed to 25 times the amount of solar energy that would normally cause it to burn.
