  • Cropwell Bishop Organic Blue Stilton with its spicy blue character that is sharp and aggressive in youth and mellows to creamy and smooth with age
  • Godminster Organic Cheddar, a waxed cheese with real depth of flavour hinting of raw onions and a rich, full-bodied creamy textur
  • Fuentillezjos Organic Manchego D.O. comes from a farm with 40 years' experience of traditional sheep rearing. The cheese is made to Manchego D.O. standards and is cured for a minimum of 3 months under the eye of a master cheese maker.
  • Ferrari Organic Parmesan Reggiano, a superb 24 month old with classic fine, granular texture and a sweet nutty taste that hints of pineapple.
