The honey takes on the flavours of the myriad of flowers in Regents Park. The lightness and complexities of flavour make this honey unique. Regent's Park honey is produced by Toby Mason who is also the Chief London Bee Keeper. Toby explains that the queen bee was shipped from New Zealand with four or five nurse bees because queen bees can't really feed or wash themselves. It is easy to realise why Toby is drawn to these curiously buzzing creatures - it's that the bees take care of each other.
