Vanilla Almond Steamer

A spoonful of cinnamon, cup of almond milk, pinch of ginger, sprinkling of coconut and seedling of vanilla makes for truly sensational sipping…
Ingredients: 
  • 500ml Rude Health Ultimate Almond
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp’s coconut palm sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • seeds from 1 vanilla pod


Method: 
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond butter and about 100ml of Rude Health Ultimate Almond until smooth and silky.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together the almond butter mixture the remaining Rude Health Ultimate Almond, coconut palm sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and the seeds from 1 vanilla pod, stirring constantly until warm. Do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Serve in 2 mugs and top each mug with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon, and start sipping!
