- 2 cups Ground Almond -250g
- ½ cup Buckwheat flour -75g
- ½ Tbsp coconut oil – 10g
- ¼ cup peanut butter – 55g
- ¼ cup Maple syrup – 70g
- ½ cup Raw chocolate – 105g
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Add all of the ingredients (excluding the chocolate) into a bowl and stir until fully combined. Chop the chocolate into small squares and then add this. Fold this mixture well to ensure that the chocolate is evenly dispersed.
Taking a tablespoon at a time, roll the mixture into a ball and then gently flatten onto the baking tray.
Place this into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
We love our cookies straight out of the oven with warm vanilla almond milk - yum!
