These little pots of goodness are nourishing and tasty at the same time. Chia is the highest plant based source of omega 3, fibre and protein.
Hemp Mylk
  • 1/3 Cup Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Pitted Date (Pre-soaked) 

Method
  1. 1. To make the hemp mylk, blend the hemp seeds, water and date until smooth
  2.  
  3. 2. Combine the chia seeds & hemp mylk in a bowl and leave to soak overnight
  4.  
  5. 3. Drizzle with nut butter and top with fresh berries
