This vegan peanut butter icecream is made with just 3 ingredients. Thick, luxuriously rich and creamy, and packed with peanut butter goodness. 

How to make No-churn Peanut Butter Breakfast Ice-cream

Serves 4 
Prep time : 45 minutes
Vegan, dairy free, gluten free 

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas (chopped) 
  • Splash of plant based milk 
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

TOPPINGS (optional)1 tbsp peanut butter@prispuddings Peanut butter Pie


Method

  1. Blend together all the ingredients on low-medium until you have a thick and creamy ice cream.*
  2. Serve immediately and decorate with toppings of your choice.
*Requires a high speed blender or food processor such as Vitamix.
