Wunder Workshop’s Golden Balance is made from a blend of organic, Ayurvedic herbs to combat a stressful modern lifestyle, including ashwagandha, turmeric, black pepper to help absorb the turmeric, liquorice, ginger, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
For one cup:
1 cup /220ml plant-based milk
1/2 tsp Golden Balance
1 tsp Golden Turmeric Honey (or alternative sweetener, although we use this for a double dose of turmeric)
- Heat the plant-based milk in a pan on the hob or with a milk frother.
- As the milk is getting warm add the Golden Balance and stir well. Continue to heat the milk but make sure it doesn’t boil or simmer as this could make your golden milk taste bitter. Whisk before serving for extra frothiness.
- Turn off the heat and stir in a teaspoon of Golden Turmeric Honey to taste.
