- 1 Banana
- 300ml Almond Milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp Sonnetor Turmeric Ginger Powder
- 1 Scoop Sun warrior Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Chia Seed
- 1 tbsp Sunflower & Pumpkin seed (NOW BUY 1 ADD 1 HALF PRICE)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
