6 oz of pre-brewed Organic Traditions Lemongrass Tea
6 oz Coconut water or plain water
1-2 tsp of Organic Traditions Chlorella Powder
1-2 tsp of Organic Traditions Sprirulina Powder
1-3 tbsp of Organic Traditions Sprouted Chia or Flax Powder
1-3 tsp of Organic Traditions Acai Powder
2 tbsp of Organic Traditions Black Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp of Organic Traditions Black Hemp Hearts
1 tsp of Organic Traditions Vanilla Powder
1 tbsp of Natural Traditions Lucuma Powder
1 tbsp of Organic Traditions Raw Coconut Oil
2 tsp of Organic Traditions Yacon Syrup

Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender. Add ice if you prefer your smoothies chilled. This makes a wonderful breakfast smoothie, a mid-day snack, a post workout smoothie or a tonic smoothie for when your body is just feeling run down. Don't have this smoothie too late in the afternoon or you may not be able to sleep that night. Feel the power and the energy from this drink!
