HR and Payroll Administrator
Salary: £22k

This role is an integral support to the HR team that comprises of an HR Director and 2 HR Managers. We will train you to be able to do payroll and you will then be responsible for ensuring that payroll is done accurately on a 4 weekly basis and that new starter and HR administration is processed efficiently and effectively. It is a good first step for a numerate, detail-focused person who would potentially like to develop in HR as there will be increased exposure to other areas of HR after 3 months.
Your main responsibilities will include:

After 3 months, you will start to get involved in other areas of HR:
  • Note taking on disciplinary meetings
  • Posting advertisements on our careers website and online
  • Filtering CVs for stores
