Yes, chocolate can be healthy, especially when its hand made from scratch and the cacao beans are not roasted

Here’s an even healthier recipe for a simple raw chocolate base enhanced with
immune-boosting mushrooms.

Ingredients (about 14 pieces)

- 1 dl Raw Cacao butter

- 0.5 dl Raw Cacao powder

- 2 teaspoons Raw Honey

- 1 sachet Instant Chaga

- 1 teaspoon Licorice powder

- Additional texture from almonds, goji berries or pumpkin seeds

Chop the cacao butter into small pieces and put in a glass bowel over a pan of boiling water to melt on a low heat. Add the other ingredients and stir until smooth. Add optional ingredients for texture and scoop into an ice cube tray. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes and store in the fridge for quick and healthy snacking.
