All the ingredients listed below are included in the kit. You can buy it HERE

75ml/2.6fl oz Distilled water
1/2 tsp Glycerin

2 tsp Rosehip Oil
1/2 tbsp Glyceryl Stearate
1 tsp Shea Butter
2 and 1/4 tbsp Cetyl Alcohol
3/4 tsp Stearic Acid
12 drops Vitamin E

24 drops Lupine Protein
24 drops Honeyquat 50
1/4 tsp Silk Protein
2 tsp Caprylic Acid Combo
8 drops Essential Oil

STEP 1 : GETTING READY - First sterilise two glass beakers. Put some surgical spirit in a spray bottle and spray the beakers inside and out. Pour the surgical spirit out and let the beakers air-dry.

STEP 3: HEAT THE INGREDIENTS - Place the beakers in a saucepan and add enough water to come out 2.5cm/1 inch up the sides of the beakers. Put the pan on a gentle heat and warm until the content of the beakers are 71'C/160'F - Check the temperature with a sugar thermometer. Stir.

STEP 4: MIX THE INGREDIENTS TOHETHER - When the content of the beakers are at the desired temperature, remove the pan from the heat. Pour the Phase B ingredients into the beaker with the Phase A ingredients while stirring well. Set the empty beaker aside. Remember that the beakers will be hot so use a cloth or oven glove and handle them carefully.

STEP 5: ADD PHASE C INGREDIENTS - Using an oven glove, carefully remove the remaining beaker from the pan and stir the mixture until it becomes creamy. Leave the mixture to cool until it is 38'C/100'F - Check with a suger thermometer. Add the Phase C ingredients and stir well.

STEP 6: SCOOP THE CREAM INTO A JAR - You will find that it will thicken up a few days after making.
