Directions Note	1. Empty the sachet into a bowl and add 125ml of boiling water, 1 tbsp of sunflower oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir well and leave to rest, uncovered for 10 minutes. 2. Shape into round balls (approximately 8). 3. Fry your falafels in a little hot oil for 4-5 minutes until golden. Serve with a sprinkle with salt and a little more lemon juice.
