Directions Note	Adults and children (one year and over): take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast when stomach acidity is at its most neutral, or as professionally directed. For children or anyone unable to swallow capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents can be mixed with cold food or drink.

Vitamin C (80mg, 100% ECNRV*), stabiliser: maltodextrin (natural source); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, live cultures: Lactobacillus paracasei CASEI 431®, each capsule guarantees 5 billion micro-organisms.
