"A carefully curated stash of festive delights featuring 6 amazing fermented cheezes complemented by our own vegan smoked salmon. The Cast: Truffle Camemvert, Smokey Melt, Sacré Bleu, Mouldy Goaty, Kimcheeze, Ricotta, Vegan Smoked Salmon + Crackers. Pure fermented organic cashews using live cultures and Halen Môn sea salt, gives it our cheeze a rich natural creamy flavour. This hamper is filled with our new smokey melting mozzarella and our delicious semi-fresh wheels that are aged for 2-4 weeks, including our best seller sacré bleu, a young and creamy cheeze, slightly picante and sweet with subtle notes Roquefort and infused with biodynamic French vegan white wine. Our artisan cheezes are made using the traditional process of fermentation, which creates beneficial enzymes and strains of gut-friendly live cultures, b-vitamins and minerals.OUR CHEEZE IS MADE FOR SHARING, TEARING & PAIRING.
