Our organic mushrooms are grown at Capel Farm in Suffolk. The farm has been around since 1962, and is now run by the founder’s sons, Damian and Patrick Hearne. The mushrooms are hand picked straight into their punnet every morning. Capel Farm produce their own compost from organic materials which is used to grow the mushrooms. Once the mushrooms have been harvested the compost is then passed onto local farmers to fertilise their fields.
