Directions Note

1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease with some vegetable oil. 2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, vegetable oil, water and agave nectar. 3. Add your cookie mix to the wet mixture and stir until combined. 4. Form the dough into small balls and put onto baking tray leaving space for them to spread and bake for 14-16 mins or until the cookies are golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool before eating. Enjoy!
