The beetroot in this juice is not only a fantastic source of iron, vitamin C and magnesium, but it is great for relaxing the mind too.
- 300g whole raw beetroot
- 120g nectarine, stone removed
- 100g tomatoes
- 2 inch fresh ginger
- Place all of the ingredients into a juicer and juice away. Serve as is or with a couple of cubes of ice.
