Behind the scene in our Juice bar: The Kale-a-Colada

Ingredients:
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ Pineapple
  • 3 leaves Kale
  • Tbsp Coconut Manna
  • 300ml Coconut Water

Method:

1. Peel the pineapple
2. Juice the pineapple and the kale
3. In a blender, pour the juice and add the banana, the coconut Manna and the coconut water 
4. Blend until having a smooth mixture


Kale is a goldmine of nutrients and is especially high in protein, calcium, iron, potassium and
Vitamins A, B & C as well as anti-oxidants. The coconut water is packed with electrolytes which
help hydrate and the coconut manna adds a good dose of healthy fat to this smoothie. Now just close your eyes and imagine you’re on a beach!
