A tasty raw wrap packed with hummus and greens. The chickpeas in raw hummus have been sprouted, meaning they are packed with easily assimilated nutrients.
Ingredients Filling
Method
  1. 1. Place Wrawp on a flat surface
  2.  
  3. 2. Spread hummus down one side of the nori sheet
  4.  
  5. 3. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and sundried tomato
  6.  
  7. 4. Top with alfalfa sprouts and rocket
  8.  
  9. 5. Sprinkle over sesame seeds
  10.  
  11. 6. Roll to form a wrap and enjoy
