PUSH is a leading wellbeing and performance company that help us unlock our human potential, focussing on enhancing skills and creativity, supporting good mental health, empowering leadership and promoting wellness.

PUSH have been working with Planet Organic since 2019 in areas such as the training of mental health first aiders, providing in-depth learning on wellness and advising us on our policies and processes.

Pearson is a multi-national publishing and education company providing a blend of content, curricula, assessment, training and information systems in a vast array of sectors and industries across the world. Headquartered in London, their drive to improve educational access and outcomes worldwide has including supporting Planet Organic by transferring levy funds for our Retail Academy and Future Leaders apprenticeship training programmes.

 


The Drive Forward Foundation
 

The Drive Forward Foundation are a charity that exist to help and support care leavers to achieve their full potential with exciting and sustainable employment opportunities. In 2020, we will offer regular one and two week work placements to young people from Drive Forward as part of their development, as well as continuing to host ‘Aim Higher Days’, designed for small groups to come and take part in learning activities, taste testing, ‘speed networking’ and tours of Planet Organic’s operations.

Well Grounded

Well Grounded runs a series of coffee training academies for vulnerable adults, empowering them with the skills, training, mentorship and qualifications they need to access work in the specialty coffee industry. Planet Organic provides work experience placements as baristas on our Food to Go counters for students who are completing one of the Well Grounded training academies.

House of St. Barnabas

A new kind of private members club, House of St Barnabas’ Grade 1 listed building in Soho in London also provides people with the support and training they need to find lasting paid employment, helping break the cycle of homelessness. Planet Organic helps students find both work experience and permanent positions within our stores.

Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership

THEBP delivers high quality programmes in schools in Tower Hamlets, providing the best possible employability support and careers guidance for their students, helping them develop the skills needed for future success. Planet Organic offers various schools weekly long work experience throughout the year, along with CV and career advice.
