- 2 cups rehydrated seaweed of your choice (dulse, nori, wakame..)
- ½ cup feta
- ¼ cup toasted walnuts
- ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon
- 1 pinch sea salt
Toss seaweed, feta, olive oil, lemon and salt. Sprinkle toasted walnuts and pine nuts and enjoy.
