Seaweed, feta & Walnut Salad

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rehydrated seaweed of your choice (dulse, nori, wakame..)
  • ½ cup feta
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
 
Method:
Toss seaweed, feta, olive oil, lemon and salt.  Sprinkle toasted walnuts and pine nuts and enjoy.
