Food Audit and Training Manager
Location: West London based, travelling to our 6 London stores
Salary: £35k

We are looking for a Food Audit and Training Manager to support and develop the Prepared Foods and Food to Go department across all of our 6 stores. You will be assessing, developing and continually improving our operational standards. This will be a hands-on role within stores: you will design and deliver training and auditing, thereby ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
You must have excellent communication skills to deliver influential feedback on all operational areas to a wide range of people, including Directors, Store Managers and store teams.
It is essential that you are passionate about coffee as you will be implementing and maintaining our high coffee standards across the business. A previous operational role in a high-paced environment would be ideal as well as exposure to commercial acumen.
Planet Organic was established in 1995 and we currently have 6 stores in London with 250 employees. We sell only the freshest, healthiest and most delicious organic/natural food that customers can find, as well as the finest organic skincare, books, juices and take away food.
