L.A Brewery x Planet Organic’s Autumn cocktail recipe
Pears, in season through the Autumn months, were traditionally nicknamed “butter fruit” for their soft, buttery texture. So, pear & ginger is the perfect combination. The smooth, nutty flavour of pear balances out the zingy bite of the ginger.
In this cocktail, L.A Brewery’s Tropical Ginger adds additional complexity & zing from the kombucha base and fragrant yuzu.
1 planet organic fresh pear, or 2 tbsp Clearspring pear puree
L.A Tropical Ginger kombucha
Half a lime
Optional: fresh ginger to garnish
Juice the fresh pear in your juicer. If you don’t have a juicer or pears aren’t in season you can use Clearspring’s pear puree as an alternative.
Combine the pear juice and kombucha in a glass. Add a squeeze of lime & garnish with a slice of ginger.
