Directions Note	Serving size: For adults , 1 tablespoon per 50lb of bodyweight. Children: Administer the oil in proportion to weight. Children under 3 years: 1 teaspoon every 2 days; Children aged 3 - 8: 1 teaspoon a day; Children aged 8 - 12: 1 tablespoon a day; Children over 12: 1-2 tablespoons per day.

Organic flax seed oil, organic sunflower seed oil, organic sesame seed oil, organic coconut oil, organic evening primrose seed oil, organic rice bran oil, organic soy lecithin, organic oat bran oil, mixed tocopherols (Non-GMO).

If your order does not include these items, you can choose Next Day delivery or Standard delivery.
Next Day delivery £7, or FREE for orders over £75. Available on orders placed before 12pm.
