Green Goddess Smoothie Recipe
Enjoy this refreshing smoothie this summer.
Ingredients:200ml of your choice of milk
10g True Collagen or Naked Collagyn
1 tsp of MCT Oil
1 x Frozen Banana
2 x Handful of Spinach
1 x Handful of Frozen Mango
Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs
Blend all ingredients together, serve, sprinkle cacao nibs on top and enjoy!
You can change the frozen mango to your favourite frozen fruit such as berries or pineapple. It may affect the colour of the smoothie, but will still taste delicious.
