
Pea + MCT Oil Dip
MCT Oil is such a versatile ingredient and ideal for adding to snacks and meals for an extra hit of energy and increased satiety.
1 ripe avocado
2 spring onions
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp MCT Oil
115g plain yoghurt (dairy or dairy-free)
½ red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped (optional)
½ smoked paprika
½ chipotle flakes
1 lime, juice only
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:
450g petit pois or peas, defrosted and drained1 ripe avocado
2 spring onions
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tbsp MCT Oil
115g plain yoghurt (dairy or dairy-free)
½ red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped (optional)
½ smoked paprika
½ chipotle flakes
1 lime, juice only
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined. Garnish with spring onions and coriander.Enjoy!
