​Quinoa Bowl

​Quinoa Bowl

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup cubed roasted pumpkin
  • ½ cup chopped kale
  • ¼ pistachios
  • ¼ pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ slivered almond
  • 1 Tbsp lemon
  • 1 pinch salt

Place quinoa in serving bowl.  Toss pumpkin, kale, pistachios and pomegranate seeds with olive oil, salt and lemon.  Add to quinoa bowl.  Sprinkle slivered almonds and enjoy.

Thank you for your comment, we are glad you like our food in our stores. We have put a love and thoughts into it so it'a lovely to hear your feedback. We currently don't have any plans do develop a cookbook. Hopefully some day soon!
