Cinnamon Chia Porridge

An healthy way to start your day.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
50g Chia Seeds
220ml Almond Milk (or any milk you like)
2 Pitted Dates
1 tbsp Cinammon powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
A hint of ground ginger
Maple syrup or coconut syrup to taste
Some goji berries to serve

  • Pour all the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until having a smooth concistency
  • Pour the mix into two glasses and leave them in the fridge over night
  • Sprinkle some goji berries or seeds of you choice before serving
